JAKE ROACH: Co-owner, videographer/producer

Jake is one of Rizens Co-Owners and founders and contributes to our story through his skills in professional videography and photography. When it’s time to head to the back country, Jake is the man behind the camera filming the whole story for our viewers to enjoy. Jake is a Marine Corps. Veteran and full time Firefighter/Paramedic. Most importantly, Jake is a husband and a father to three children.

Garrett is one of Rizen’s Co-Owners/Founders and he contributes to Rizen as our brand ambassador. If there’s someone you need to talk to, its this guy. Garrett was born and raised in Atkins Arkansas and grew up running the rim of the Ozark Mountain Range. Early on in childhood Garrett started his journey in the rodeo which brought him to Texas to pursue his pro card. Injuries and time on the road brought a halt to his rodeo aspirations but his passion for the outdoors did not waiver. To this day you can find Garrett running and hunting his hometown Arkansas hills chasing native game. Garrett is also a full time Firefighter/Paramedic and is married with two children, He currently resides about 1 hour north of DFW and

CHRIS “CRITTER” O’NEAL- CO-OWNER, MERCHANDISING

Critter was born and raised in Celina Texas and has always had a strong skillset for attracting and harvesting large North Texas and Southern Oklahoma Whitetail deer. Critter is one of Rizen’s Co-Owners and has an expertise in merchandising and merchandise design. Critter is a full time Firefighter/Paramedic and currently lives in Southern Oklahoma where he helps on his families working ranch.

You might ask yourself, where did the name “Critter” come from? His mom started calling him that when he was a young kid and it stuck with him his whole life. To this day, everyone who knows him knows him by one name, Critter.
